Multi-Factor Authentication is used to protect your account and ensure only you have access to your data. As part of this verification, when you sign in you may be required to log in using MFA. When you make a change to your account information (such as email, password, user ID) you may also be required to use a one-time confirmation code to complete the process.

How to activate Multi-Factor Authentication

  •  Install the Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator  from the App store on your smartphone.

  • Scan the QR code that is shown when you log in for the first time with your smartphone, or enter the code manually.

  • Link your authenticator app to your ctrl account by entering the response code when you log in.
